The UPA Master in Commercial Communication Law, created with the didactic collaboration of the FTCC law firm, is mainly aimed at recent law graduates, business lawyers and lawyers who intend to acquire all-round skills in the legal issues of commercial communication, dealing with competition , consumer protection, data protection, intellectual property, sectoral regulations.
Great attention is paid to the legal challenges posed by digital communication and the relationship between technology and the legal professions. The teaching staff is made up of professional lawyers who have been working in the sector for a long time, representatives of the Authorities (AGCM and Privacy Guarantor), of the Istituto dell'Autodisciplina Pubblicitaria (IAP), tax consultants, digital communication and cybersecurity experts.
